1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MemeMint ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The Service is not directed at minors.
3. The Service
MemeMint generates AI artwork and helps users launch memecoin tokens directly on pump.fun via their own non-custodial Solana wallet. MemeMint never holds user funds, private keys, or launched tokens.
4. No Financial Advice
MemeMint is a tooling and content-generation service. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Memecoins are extremely high-risk and may lose all value. You are solely responsible for your trading and launch decisions.
5. User Content & Generated Output
You retain ownership of inputs you provide and outputs generated for you. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, sexualizes minors, or constitutes targeted harassment of identifiable real people.
6. Credits & Payments
Credits are non-refundable digital units used to pay for image generations. Credits do not expire and are not transferable between accounts. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain.
7. On-Chain Risk
Token launches are executed by your wallet on the Solana blockchain via pump.fun. Once submitted, transactions cannot be reversed by MemeMint. Network fees, slippage, MEV, congestion delays, and pump.fun protocol changes are outside our control.
8. Disclaimers & Liability Cap
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemeMint’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or attempt to bypass safety filters. You may close your account at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
