Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

MemeMint exists to help users generate creative artwork and launch memecoins. This policy defines what you may not do with the Service, regardless of whether your account is paid or free.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use MemeMint to generate, host, or launch:

• Sexualized depictions of minors, real or fictional
• Defamatory or harassing content targeting an identifiable real private individual
• Coins or imagery exploiting tragedies with named victims
• Content that incites violence against a person or protected group
• Content depicting non-public personal information of others (doxing)
• Malware, phishing kits, or fraudulent token contracts disguised as MemeMint output

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Bypassing or attempting to bypass the safety filters or rate limits
• Reselling, mirroring, or rebadging the Service without written permission
• Creating fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements about MemeMint
• Scraping, crawling, or auto-clicking the UI to generate content at scale outside the documented API
• Using the Service to stalk, harass, dox, or threaten any individual
• Using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods

4. Crypto-Specific Restrictions

• You may not impersonate established projects, tickers, or public figures in your launches
• You may not advertise launched coins as financial instruments, securities, or investments with guaranteed returns
• You may not coordinate pump-and-dump schemes through the Service
• You agree to comply with applicable securities and consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund of unused credits. Severe or repeated violations may be reported to law enforcement and on-chain analytics services.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you believe content generated through MemeMint violates this policy, contact us via the email associated with your account.
